About Snoutwick
At Snoutwick, we believe every dog deserves toys, gear, and accessories that make everyday moments better — from a satisfying chew after a long walk to a cozy bed for an afternoon nap. Snoutwick is a small, owner-operated online shop based in Carol Stream, Illinois, offering a hand-picked catalog of dog products.
Our Mission
We choose products that combine thoughtful design with real durability, and we only carry items stocked in U.S. warehouses. Orders are shipped directly to you from our U.S. fulfillment partners, so they typically arrive within 3–10 business days (1–3 business days to process, then 2–7 business days in transit). Every item in our shop is chosen with one question in mind: would we trust this with our own dog?
Quality You Can Count On
If an item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Unused items in their original packaging can also be returned. See our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy for full details.
